Let's Talk Hair

If you have read past blog post you know I absolutely love the hair care company KENRA Professional. Their products are absolutely amazing!! Like truly absolutely awesome... For the past couple of weeks, I have been using the NEW KENRA Platinum Snail Anti-Aging Collection shampoo, conditioner and cc creme. It fights 10 signs of aging and restores and prolongs the youthfulness of your hair. The products contain Korean beauty secret of snail essence and yup it's a thing. I have been reading a little about it, snail essence or slime is very hydrating and produces anti-aging nutrients. Who would have guessed? Also, the products have no sulfates or parabens. I have to say my hair feels and looks great! We spend a lot of hours caring for our hair with shampoos, hair masks, and serums, just to damage it again while styling it. =( But here comes KENRA to the rescue with their new Platinum Heat Block Spray 22 and let's not forget to thank the bees, that's right the bees for showing them the way. This product uses bee propolis to protect and seal the hair from heat damage up to 450 degrees F and binds to the hair instantly.  If I have the time I let my hair air dry, I add in KENRA Volume Mousse from root to end when my hair is damp and go about getting ready. When my hair is dry I spray on KENRA Heat Block Spray 22, a light mist all over and then I select my hair and lightly mist the selection before wrapping my hair around the outside of the barrel of the curling iron. I hold the end of the selection of hair to create that perfect beach wave look, I let the hair slide off the barrel and hold it in the curl to let it cool and spray with the new KENRA Professional Shaping Spray 21. It's the first professional alcohol-free spray, it also retains the hairs moisture and gives an extra firm hold and high shine.  I am not sure what more I could ask for from a hairspray. I spray the curl and continue through my hair until all the selections are complete and do a final all over spray and using my fingers and a thin comb to brush out my hair. Let's Talk Skin Care

Over the summer I have been looking for a new Moisturizer with SPF. Especially in the summer and really all year around I do not like wearing a bunch of makeup, I feel makeup is there to enhance my features not hide them. I work toward having beautiful skin and using products that will benefit not harm. So I turned to NeoStrata for a product I can trust and they delivered with their NeoStrata Sheer Hydration SPF 35. I am crazy in love with this next makeup company, OMG I feel like I have been hiding under a rock or the last person who has heard of them. Make Up For Ever is an amazing makeup company creating and innovating products for the consumer of all skin types. I was sent the trio palette along with a blush, highlighter and sculpting powder. One thing that makes this product absolutely amazing is that each piece is separate. So you can switch out the product as needed which may be my favorite part. I love that I can change my blush out for the season or if one product finishes before the others I can buy one refill, not the whole compact. The pigments are incredible and a little goes a long way. There are 34 different shades to cosmerize to your personal needs, the intense color blends and diffuse for a natural look. The super-fine powder melts into the skin while also seamlessly layering for a natural long lasting finish. There is no need to reapply through out the day, and who has time for that anyway. As a mother, wife and business owner, I needed a one and done solution to my makeup needs and I have found it in makeup For Ever products. Let's Talk Me Time

These last two products are amazing and I love to use them at the end of a long day. Every woman needs a little me-time to de-stress from whatever the day throws at her and these products are here to the rescue. Smith & Vandiver stress reducing spa bath with Neroli and Lavender helps soothe and calm the senses. I cannot help but love these Spa Bath packets. They are filled with purifying Pacific sea salts, sodium bicarbonate, skin-softening magnesium sulfate and pure essential oils. It pretty much brings the spa to you. I love to go all out with my baths. I grab a nice glass of wine, light a candle and fill my bath with hot water a lot of bubble bath and pour in the stress reducing spa bath salts. I always love to put on a face mask and let the day's events melt away. It's pure bliss for about 15 minutes until someone or something needs my attention. The Smith & Vandiver Toning Face Mud, guess this, tones and stimulates your skin, removes pore-clogging toxins using natural clays and essential oils of Geranium and Rosewood. I love these products because they are fragrance, sulfate, and paraben free. This company is awesome and I am so glad I found them. Unlike many of the big skin care companies they have their own manufacturing facility and craft some of the best natural and organic products made in the U.S. Its luxurious spa products at a reasonable price and that's a company I can get behind.
